Located in a wooded neighborhood in Sao Paulo, Maestro Residence is an intervention proposal for the 180 sqm existing construction, by the architect Guelo Nunes. The former house distribution was fragmented and disconnected, becoming the immediate project guidance for the architect. Further, the chosen materiality walks alongside the old and new project, making counterpoints evident but soft for the eyes.
