On the frozen wasteland of Payne-7, former special ops veteran Edgar has chosen isolation to escape his haunted past. His solitude is shattered when a pack of blue-furred Krel'va wolves and their Cerulean companion, Ivora, seek shelter during a deadly storm.

What begins as reluctant hospitality transforms into an unlikely alliance when Edgar discovers the truth: the Krel'va are intelligent beings hunted to near-extinction by the ruthless Helios Corporation for the valuable genetic compounds in their fur. When Ivora's brother Merek and another wolf pack are captured, Edgar must decide if he'll risk everything to help these aliens against the same corporation responsible for his darkest military memories.

As drones search the frozen landscape and mercenaries close in, the bond between Edgar and the alpha wolf Korus grows stronger. Together with Ivora, they face impossible odds in a desperate mission that will force Edgar to confront his past and question everything he thought he knew about the boundaries between species.
