Be nice to the umps and they might be VERY nice to you, especially if you hang out in the right spot after the game. That's what happened to us after Game 2 of a single-admission doubleheader at Citi Field. So yeah, 14 innings of Major League Baseball in one day!
Jacob deGrom pitched the first game, Ronald Acuña Jr. homered and taunted the crowd in the second game, and a fan got into it with a cop, so basically it was just another day in Queens. New York Mets vs. Atlanta Braves = so much fun!
