Instant Pot Chinese Steam Fish
Steamed fish is pretty easy but using instant pot make it even faster. Clean fish with salt and then steam for about 10 minutes for fish about 2 pounds.

1 tablespoon of salt (clean fish)
1 whole fish tilapia (or flounder or sea bass, or stripe bass), 1 to 2 pound
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce or seasoned soy sauce
2 green onions - cut into thin strips
1 knob of ginger- cut into strips
fresh cilantro (optional)
1 tablespoons olive oil
