A 500-page bipartisan immigration bill was introduced Tuesday, and a big part of the pitch to America was: We need workers. Some of the dire need is in the trades, like the construction industry. Mike Rowe, host of "Dirty Jobs" and CEO of the "Mike Rowe Works Foundation," says if the bill can highlight that there are millions of available jobs and opportunity in America, “I reckon that’s a good thing.”
