Описание: A stop motion video showing amazing 3D body painting by a young Chinese girl has caused quite a stir across China’s social sites in recent days.

The 21-year-old Zhao Ye has been displaying her work in Japan while studying there at Musashi University, catching a good deal of attention both there and in China.

Zhao said she creates 3D body painting in her spare time and finds different people to be her models. Usually she creates her artwork in public spaces, such as a classroom, a cafe and even the subway.

Many people asked her why she chooses human bodies as a platform. In an interview with Dragon TV, she explained, “the first reason is just for fun and because I didn’t find better materials to draw on. So I started painting on my own hands.”

She told her newfound fans that she will continue body painting and also hopes to find new and creative ways to paint.
