My First Ever Win - Jr Spec Late Model Race at Kevin Harvick's Kern Raceway

Описание: This was definitely a weekend to remember. From the pole to victory lane! It all started in practice where the car was fast except for when it started getting tight center corner. So, the team and I went together to make a few adjustments before qualifying. When we went out for qualifying the car felt way better, and we were really fast, which allowed us to get our second career pole! Then we went to autograph session where I got to meet all the fans and sign autograph cards. Then it was race time. I took the green flag and led the race until there was a caution around halfway in the race. Then, once we went back green, it was caution after caution, but we still held on to the lead. Then, with about 4 laps to go, another caution came out. Now it was a 4 lap shoot out for the win. Right when I got in the restart zone, I went. I was then able to maintain the lead after the restart and come home with our first ever win! I just have to thank Bob Bruncati, Dennis, Mike, Nick, Bud, Bill Sedgwick, my spotter Bryan, Scott Lynch and everybody who supports me and helps me out in the racing world. Can't wait to go get more!
