1. What’s the best product to start with?
The “best” product depends — but here’s what I look for:
✅ Lightweight (cheaper to ship, fewer returns)
✅ Solves a real problem
✅ Has recently taken off (use tools like PPRO or Color Data to find them)
✅ Is new to the market so you can grab market share fast
That’s the framework behind every product we test.
2. How much do I need to invest?
Expect to spend around $10,000 total — not all at once, but across product testing and sourcing.
Here’s the breakdown:
• $200–$300 per product test (about 30 products before finding a winner)
• $3,000–$5,000 for initial inventory and supplier negotiation
It’s an investment in data — because every test teaches you what works.
3. How long until I make my first sale?
Once you’ve tested around 30 products, set up your Shopify store, and launched your first paid ads,
you should see your first sale within 15 days — often sooner if your product resonates.
4. Paid ads or organic?
Both can work, but organic depends on algorithms.
I prefer paid ads — because they’re predictable and scalable.
Once you find your winning product through ads, then double up with organic content.
5. What platform should I use?
