Hwei is a combo mage, so a rune rewarding multiple hits would be good on him, riiight...? Well, turns out, not really !
The rune is not bad, it does solid damage, but I feel like you just get more out of the more common options, burst with First Strike, poke with Comet or Aery. It could be decent into some matchups ( I don't think it was bad against Viktor who can easily procc your first strike anyway ) but i always feel like something else would be better such as Comet.
