Samurai Warriors: XL - Tadakatsu's Tale 1 | Battle of Okehazama

Описание: Tadakatsu is fun to play, as he should be, being that he's the Lu Bu of the game. I mean, mostly. He's more Lu Bu than Keiji, even though Keiji's the one with the unique max stat horse. I've always sort of thought of it as that being Koei's way of saying you need both Keiji and Tadakatsu together to equal out to Lu Bu. Anyways, Tadakatsu's moveset is pretty good. If I had any critique it'd be that it's a bit slow, but that kind of works in his favor with how the AI works in this game and his massive range does help make up for it.

-C1 is his worst move due to its ridiculously long charge time. He charges up, steps slowly to the side, then does a forward dash slash attack that shoots out a shockwave and follows up with an additional slash. This is incredibly awkward to aim due to him moving around, how long it takes, and the dash itself not having any hit box so you can just move past your intended target. So terrible a move that it was replaced with a proper guard breaking 3-hit combo in SW2.
-C2 launches the enemy, then he jumps up to slam them down, finishing with a slash that launches enemies. Similar to Kenshin's. Not bad, but a little slow and won't continue the move if blocked.
-C3 dashes forward with a slash, then does another, then jumps back with a slam attack. You can redirect his movements easily enough. Good for getting around enemy's guards.
-C4 is his best move, punching the ground to make a fire shockwave, then slashing side by side, then twirling his weapon in front of him, then finishing with a shockwave. The pauses in his attacks are juuust short enough it can catch the enemy off guard by making them unblock thinking that you're open, only to get hit by his next attacks.
-S-string is solid, a few good hits and then some forward moving slashes that cover good distance.
-Musou has him swing horizontally with wide swings back to back. Pretty good.

Okehazama is similar to Hanzo's, but you're more supporting Hanzo and protecting Ieyasu than doing a whole bunch of ninja stuff.
