💰 Median list price: $485,000
📅 Average days on market: 75
📐 Median price per square foot: $245
⏳ 38 homes went pending this week
✅ 17 homes sold this week
💵 Median sold price: $465,000
📏 Median sold price per square foot: $232
🤝 Average days to contract: 31
📊 Sellers received 98% of their asking price on average

One number that really stood out this week was the low number of closed sales. Before you assume the market is slowing down, remember that closings tend to happen in waves. Pending sales are still strong, which means many of those buyers are simply waiting to reach the closing table.
