Ukraine launches a surprise and large-scale drone attack, destroying more than 40 Russian bomber planes worth an estimated $11 billion. The attack, codenamed Operation Spider's Web, was personally authorised and supervised by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and inflicted significant damage on Russia's military capabilities.
