When the community of Grand Banks realized they had a problem with youth hangouts on street corners, Peter Llewellyn spearheaded a drive to build a Youth Centre.
Peter was the catalyst for creating a spirit of enthusiasm and confidence in the community; and without any government money, he worked to turn a problem with young people into a 'passport to adventure' for everyone.
