Lakewood Officers respond when a vehicle crashes into a bar but the owner claims she was inside a bar. Witnesses describe what they saw and tell Officers the woman was driving. A young lady in San Bernardino is stopped for expired tags. The Deputy learns she is struggling with addiction after he locates a meth pipe.
