STORYLINE:
Influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan appeared on Tuesday at the Court of Appeals in Bucharest to contest an earlier court ruling to extend by 60 days the judicial measures imposed on them, which means they cannot leave the country.

The court has yet to rule on their appeal.

The Tate brothers’ appeal comes more than a year after they were arrested near Bucharest along with Romanian women on charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

Romanian prosecutors formally indicted all four in June last year and they have all denied the allegations against them.
