Home made amateur Bolognese, thank you Vincenzo !

Описание: Yes it has been a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese invasion, but that's the way I like it and also the way my companion will not try to steal my pasta from me.
TX to an amazing Italian chef in my opinion i just discovered several months ago: Vincenzo (see link below).
Those "few ingredients" recipes (Carbonara, Alfredo, Cacio e Pepe..) are just magic in tasteland !
Bolognese pasta R the ones that can take all day long !
Vincenzo's plate channel is amazing, and this channel inspired me, I tried my best:
