dear friend,

it’s been a very long month, but we made it! even though (or maybe because??) my environment didn’t change, my mental state and mood was VERY inconsistent. i’d feel really motivated one day and low energy the next. quarantine never felt like a big thing until randomly i’d get down on small things. like going out to eat. or taking a class. or the idea of traveling in general, near or far, without extra fear.

anyway, i hope you had a good month; if not, know there’s another one coming which is another opportunity for better things.
