Chicken Chilli Mossala - The name of this curry might suggest it's a spiced up chicken tikka masala, but this is not a sweet dish. Fresh chillies, mixed pickle, and Mr Naga pickle are added for a spicy and deep flavour. In this video, chef and owner Abdul Malik demonstrates how he cooks the chicken chilli mossala at Bhaji Fresh. It's a good one!
