Most people get bullied some when they're kids. But some people are targeted fairly frequently. And they're people who tend to react in the manner the bully wants. And perhaps they're also people who don't defend themselves very well when the first pokes occur. You know, they don't have a quick word in response. They won't stand up for themselves. They retreat. They get over emotional. So then you might ask yourself, well, why would that be?
