It was a fun challenge to get both achievements simultaneously :)
TO GET THE POSSESSED ENDING: You need to get 4000 points. Each kill is 10 points, each unit of damage is 1 point. Forgiving the confessionary lady is 1000 points. Provided you do the forgiving, your final kills and damage must follow: 10*kills + damage is greater than 3000
TO GET A 10-STAR RANK: You cannot be above 500 units of damage, and need at least 75 melee and 75 shooting kills (plus a bunch of other requirements on saves, time, items, difficulty and boss kill times)
To get both requirements simultaneously, you need at least 250 kills in total, and the less damage you take, the more kills you need to make up for it.
