Google Drive Tutorial: Creating a Shared Course Folder

Описание: Learn how to create a shared folder in Google Drive to use to turn in your assignments in my courses.

1. Log in to Google Drive. (You can do this by logging in to your GMail and clicking "Drive" in the top menu.)
2. Click the red "Create" button on the left side.
3. Scroll down and click the grey "Folder" option.
4. Name your folder using your Last Name, First Initial, and then the course name and click the "Create" button. Example: BeckerE CORE 102.
5. Check the box next to the folder on your main screen.
6. Go to the top of page and click the "More" button.
7. Scroll down to "Share" and click on the second "Share" that appears.
8. Go to the box that says "Add People" and type the name of your instructor. At EOU, your instructor's name will appear as an option you can click if you type enough of their name. (Their name will show up higher on the list if you have previously communicated with your instructor through email.)
9. Click "Share and Save." (Your instructor's name will appear in the list above.)
10. Click "Done."
*If you have shared your folder, the folder icon will now have a white silhouette on it.
