The Daisetsuzan national park Is the largest national park in Japan. It is one of the main backcountry destinations in Hokkaido. This is one of the areas that we guide in central Hokkaido for backcountry skiing. There are a number of accessible mountains and circuits available. The area has some of the lightest powder skiing in Japan and possibly in the world.
