This video is apt for everyone who is quite new to the concepts of algorithmic trading, rule based or systematic trading, and would like to build a base of knowledge in it to move forward and trade profitably with algorithms.

Mr. Gadodia is a self-learned algo trader, and to start the video, we will listen to his journey and what inspired him to pursue this relatively new aspect of trading. To begin our technical discussion, we will first understand the meaning of an algorithm and how it plays out into trading.

We will also clear out some misconceptions relating to algo trading and discuss how and why it is known as rule based trading or system trading. Next, with the help of TradingView (https://in.tradingview.com/), we will look at how trades can be executed with just some lines of algorithm codes. We will understand how most of the functions of an algo trading screen work.

Aditionally, we will combine the elements of technical analysis of stocks to see how we can improve the accuracy of our trades with the help of technical indicators. We will end with a discussion of how welcoming the Indian stock market and stock exchanges are to automated algo trading.
