Theme of Tara - Metal Gear (1987) Cover (Comic)

I really like later remakes and reimaginings done for Theme of Tara, but for my cover I wanted to do something a little different. Even though it chalks up to essentially the first track once you're given control, I wanted to try and convey the story of MG1 through the track. Whether I succeeded or not is up to you, but I figured I did alright.

Metal Gear (1987) is owned by Konami, and created by Hideo Kojima. The art was made by Yoji Shinkawa, I presume. I can't find anything online that says otherwise. If I'm wrong let me know so I can credit the original artist.

I was introduced to Metal Gear back in around 2013. Realistically it hasn't been a long time. My introduction took place through Super Smash Bros. Brawl, where I found Snake and he became my instant main. I couldn't play Brawl without Snake. I'd dig through all the additional content, find out everything I could about him, and listen to the music from Metal Gear, which is how I discovered Theme of Tara.

This track is fairly simple, all things considered, but I feel it turned out nicely. Enjoy!
