Today marks exactly one month since I created #nomadenmami channel and uploaded our first #silentvlog. Thank you for everyone who are reading this and watching our previous videos, making the time to comment and giving us feedback, keeping us feeling motivated to learn more and create better videos in the future. I am really grateful for finding the #silentvlogger community when I entered this platform, making new friends and knowing many kind people who support each other is definitely a treasure for me ( hello, you guys! 🤎 )

This episode #9 captures the change of time, where the nights are longer and the days are shorter, but it doesn't make it less beautiful. When the sun rises a little bit later and sets earlier, a good ol organizing and food-prepping really helps to get things done faster each day. I hope this video #sparksjoy for you even if just a little, and I can always learn to make better one in the future (there is always room to improve, correct?) 😄

Ingredients:
Ground chicken + ground prawn (I used ground turkey in this vid) 400g
Shredded or grated carrots 1 cup
Bean thread noodle a handful
Tapioca flour 3 tbsp
Green onions or Salatkräutern 2 tbsp
Egg white from 1 large egg
Garlic granules 1 tsp
Salt
Black pepper
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp (or more to your liking)
