Hello world program in C# with notepad and command prompt

Описание: In this video I have explain how to write 'hello world' program in C# without using visual studio or any IDE.
instead I am using notepad for editing the code and command prompt for executing the code.
For doing so, we have to first install C# compiler and .NET framework. How to download and install the setup and execute it, is explained in the below link. The download link will also be available in the webpage of the link I have given below:
