Your effectiveness as an Assistant largely depends on how well you work with your Executive daily. Are you both working in a partnership with equal responsibility and a shared interest in the relationship? If you feel that your working relationship with your Executive can be improved, this is the session for you.
As Assistants, we often have to train our Executives to work with us effectively; we have to manage and have those difficult conversations when things are not working correctly. Our panellists have all been there, and they will share their strategies on how you move the relationship forward so that the business moves forward.
