Snagit 2019 has an awesome feature that allows you to Grab Text from screenshots, images, and folder structure. Basically, anything that can't be copied can be handled with Grab Text in Snagit.

Grab Text came out with Snagit 2018. The video shown is using Snagit 2019.

In this video, I captured text from an Excel screen, an image disclaimer on a webpage, and my folder structure.
