"Soybean Sprout Soup"
INGREDIENTS:
6-7 C water
500g Soybean Sprout
2 cloves minced garlic
5-6 dried Anchovies (remove head)
3×4 dried kelp
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fish sauce (depend on your taste)
1 tsp hot pepper flakes (depend on your taste)
2 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
chopped green onion
PROCEDURE:
1. In a pan over medium heat add water,Soybean Sprout, hot pepper flakes, salt, fish sauce, minced garlic, dried anchovies and dried kelp .
2. Cover and cook for 20~30 minutes.
3. Remove cooked anchovies and kelp. Add sesame oil and cover for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
5. Serve while hot.
