UPDATE: The company has reached out to me via YouTube as well as Instagram and given me some advice on how to make it work.I will be trying it out and will update sooner. But seriously, great customer service on their end! I tried this highlighter again without any powder and did still experience a little bit of patchiness. I played around some more and determined that you reallllly have to work fast and use a small amount at a time. It just dries really quickly. But if you work fast with small amounts it sits much better and is blinding!
