My super soft Sponge Cake | Sponge cake recipe and easy tutorial!

ingredients:
(all the ingredients should be in a room temp)

2 c cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

8 egg yolks, large
1/2 c + 1/8 c ganulated white sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 c milk, evap or fullcream

8 egg white, large
1/2 c + 1/8 c granulated white sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar, lemon, lime or vinegar
