This book is my personal story—a journey spanning more than a decade through citizenship procedures, family court proceedings, immigration law, identity correction, administrative deadlock, and the struggle against statelessness.

As a father and a lawyer, I found myself facing a problem that seemed impossible to solve. Different authorities, different countries, and different legal systems all examined parts of the case, yet the central problem remained unresolved.

In this video, I introduce Judicial Thinking, the most personal book I have written so far. Unlike my previous works, this book is not primarily a legal analysis or a proposal for reform. It is the story of a family navigating a legal maze while searching for something many people take for granted: legal identity and citizenship.
