Introduction:
Marriage or Nikah is a civil contract, which is made by parties for
the sole purpose and object of benefiting themselves according to Shariat,
marriage is only the Halal or legal way for the intimate relationship between
men and women and legitimacy of children. It is a social necessity that
regulates social life through the creation of certain rights and duties which
both the partners are required to fulfil. Under Islamic law contract of marriage,
need not to be proved through a written document.
