Video Description: For as long as I can remember, visiting Komic—India’s highest village has been etched on my bucket list. At 15,000 feet above sea level, nestled in the heart of Spiti Valley, it felt like more than just a destination. It was a challenge I had set for myself, a test of body, mind, and spirit.
The journey to Komic was everything I hoped it would be: raw, intense, and beautifully humbling. Battling the thin air, bone-chilling winds, and treacherous terrain pushed me beyond my comfort zone. But amidst the hardship, I found something even more powerful—resilience. In the silence of snow draped mountains and the warmth of Spitian hospitality, I discovered a slower, deeper rhythm of life.
Life here isn't easy, but it's real. And in that simplicity, there's a kind of quiet wisdom that stays with you long after you've left.
