It's time to get STRONG AND SCULPTED! This 40-minute, low-impact, class is broken down into two 20-minute segments. We will begin with 20-minutes of lightweight sculpting to get those muscles fired up. In the second 20-minutes, we will pick up heavier weights for some more intense strength training. We suggest 2-to-3-pound dumbbells for sculpting and 8-to-10 pound dumbbells for strength training.
Most of these exercises will be compound moments, meaning we will work multiple body parts simultaneously for ultimate fat burning and conditioning. We hope you enjoy this class! Please don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to our channel!!
