Fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi, accused in the Rs 14,600 crore state-controlled- Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam, was confronted by Times Now reporter on the streets of London. His response to all the questions asked by the reporter was "no comments". The Westminster Court on Monday issued an arrest warrant against diamond merchant Nirav Modi.
