Introduction to android performance profiling tools on image libraries

At the end of that tutorial series it was proving hard to distinguish the difference between the various third party android image libraries using an android RecyclerView grid gallery.

The intention of this new series is to investigate the various android image libraries at a deeper level to expose any differences good or bad between them. As well as introducing the android performance profiling & memory analysis tools and how to use them.

Prior to commencing these tests I've selected an initial list of three android performance profiling tools which are:

The previous tutorials were aimed at beginners to android but over time have been getting more complex as the original camera_intent app has developed.
This tutorial series is more aimed towards the intermediate developers thought for those who have been following the previous tutorial series, feel free to watch this android performance series.

Android studio (1.3.2) is the editor of choice (IDE) for this tutorial series.

This tutorial series is the start of what I expect to be many so I encourage comments and feedback to improve the quality and viewing experience.
