Driving along the highway at this part was incredible. Felt so small. Huge estuaries and driving along the mountaineous coastline is such an experience! I couldn't help but stopping to pull the drone up at the Waima River estuary! The huge mountains in the distance, the ocean on the other side, the massive Waima river bed coming from this view of the mountains... and a longg bridge driving right over it! ahh so breathtaking.

Not soon after the highway turns inward and you head into some hills. Still huge though! and small vineyards were pocked in them. Also, managed to drone a herding of sheep to be sheared! Which happens only up to twice a year. . and i just happen to be flying this day.. how cool! You'll notice a sheep that tries to escape but then the dog does its thing haha.
