Ok. I gave the pack away. Haven’t drank or drugged in 99 days.. going to be ok... as long as I don’t drink/ drug. Now If I can stop BINGING when I break my intermittent fast and meditate more often I’ll “be good” .... gosh, I’m a sick puppy..

I just find it amusing that my brain will allow me to do ALL THIS SHIT that is “hard”, (gym work/ meetings (fixing breaking or running away from things)
that most people dont want to, but trick me into repeating the same bad habits that are “easy” ... that I don’t really vibe with anymore . But I guesss my reptile brain does... 🧠 ☠️🤔 oh well, the breathwork makes It difficult to smoke LIKE I USED TO- so WE’LL GET THERE FAMILY !🙏🏻 UPDATE- almost 2 weeks since I smoked or vaped. 😁
Next step - meditation each day. Still going Into Naure each day and doing the breathwork so we’ll see If that helps cravings 🤔

Now 98 daysss free from All mood or mind altering substances (except sugar, nicotine, and caffeine) - now I am shedding nicotine. as of tonight, and I won't have guilty feelings if I slip. However, I believe I am really done this time.
I know I have some serious gratitude. Mainly for being past the Kratom weed and the alcohol withdrawals. And I guess now nicotine and sugar is the next hurdle! free from All mood or mind altering substances. My dream recall is amazing.
