Nationals leader David Littleproud says only about “eight per cent of Australians who vape” have a prescription.
“We are the ones who put that in place when we were in government, and we got it wrong,” Mr Littleproud said.
“I don’t contest the science around both vapes and nicotine and cigarettes being bad for you, but where we need to go is a regulatory model that has worked.”
