in this video, I take a normal smoked ham and double smoke it until it is pull apart tender. I glaze it half way through to take the traditional Holiday Ham flavor and turn it into a mind blowing delicious pulled ham delight.
the glaze is make up of 2 parts apricot preserves and 1 part favorite bbq sauce. pineapple for the braising liquid. once you try this recipe, you will have your friends and family wanting you to prepare it every time.
