1.Control Module
vika: IPM integrated chip is adopted, the overall efficiency is increased by 20%.
OE: High heat generation components are not arranged reasonably, and the overall efficiency of the product is low.
2.Stator
vika: The stator motor adopts slotless type, with large torque, small fluctuation, stable operation and 20% noise reduction.
OE: The stator adopts an integral design, the outer slots of the stator motor are closed slots, and the inner slots are open slots, which has a high jitter frequency and high noise.
3. Rotor
vika: The rotor is small in size, the motor rotor casing is changed to stainless steel to prevet crackong, and a 2-parts magnet, the force is not on average. It is not have a ideal smoothly operation, and the anti-demagnetization abilitu is enhanced by 5%.
OE: Injection molded and overmolded rotors often have plastic cracking after hot and cold shocks after sales, which can cause the motor to get stuck.
