RLS 18 - Schlage D Series

Описание: In this video we are going to take a look at a grade 1 heavy duty knob, the Schlage D series! While it was more common to find these in the commercial realm it was also wildly popular as a “center of the door” knob that was commonly done in the 1970’s.
We will examine some of the different styles, and as usual take one off the “door” take it apart and make keys for it! One of the biggest issues with these was the hardened grease that Schlage used and it would cause issues with latch retraction so ideally if you run across these you will need to take it apart to clean it up and make it work better :)
