Ingredients:
Flatten Rice/ Awalakki: 1 Cup
Boiled Potato: 2 Medium
Green peas: 3 Tbsp
Onion: 1 Medium
Bread crumbs: 5-6 Breads
Maida: 2 Tbsp
Corn flour: 2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam masala: 1 Tsp
Amchur Power: 1/2 Tsp
Chat Masala: 1/2 Tsp
Jeera powder: 1/2 Tsp
Green chillies: 3-4
Capsicum: 1/2
Ginger Garlic paste: 2 Tbsp
Oil for frying
Step by step procedure:
First keep ready all the ingredients required for this recipe.
First clean and soak the poha and strain it out and keep it aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add that soaked poha and smash it to a paste to that add boiled potato, onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger garlic paste,green peas, Bread crumbs, chilli powder, salt, garam masala, amchur powder, chat masala, jeera Powder and mix it nicely to get a dough( as shown in video)
Now apply some oil to palm and start making cutlet by taking some portion from dough.
Take another bowl to that add some maida, cornflour,some salt and gradually add water to make a slurry. Keep it aside.
Once all the cutlets are ready dip it in to the slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs and keep it aside.
Put the oil to flame, once heated fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
