Brie is one of the most delicious cheeses out there. So in this recipe, we show you how to bake a fountain of brie cheese and enjoy with jacket potatoes. Using a knife cut the top and bottom part of 5 pieces of brie cheese. Then, stack them on top of each other and roll them in two layers of some puff pastry. Then, place the pastry block in the middle of a cooking pan and add some potatoes all around it. Season with some olive oil, salt, and pepper, place them in the oven for 60 minutes at 140 degrees and enjoy.

Brie and veggies and potato pastry:
This is another awesome and delicious pastry to try. In a frying pan, fry some onions, ham and two different colors of bell peppers. Then, in a cooking pan, boil some water and cook one potato on its own to add in the recipe. While letting them cook, take some brie cheese and cut it horizontally from the middle. After that, you place the block of brie cheese in the middle of puff pastry and divide it into 8 slices just like pizza. After that, you use a drinking glass to cut the edges off and make them appear more round on the pastry just as we demonstrate in the video. Then, add the ham, onions, and peppers on top of the first block of cheese. After that, add a few slices of the potato we just cooked and finally the other half of the brie cheese. Finally, close the pastry in a floret shape just like we do, add some egg wash and then sprinkle some chia seeds on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy with your family or friends.

This recipe is ideal if you are a beginner chef and you are looking for easy ways to experiment. In addition, this recipe is very easy to make and very delicious to enjoy with family and friends or even on your own. Here is how to make it.
In a frying pan add some olive oil and fry some onion and bacon until they get crispy/golden. Set it aside and begin your pastry decoration part. Then take a round pastry and slice it into four equal pieces just like pizza. On each piece slice, three vertical lines starting from the longest on the sides and make them smaller as you move in the middle of the pastry. Do that twice on both life and right sides of the triangle pastry. Then, add a tablespoon of creamy queso in the middle of the pastry and add some onion and bacon. Close the pastry just like we do in the video so that it forms a closed triangle. and start on the second part of the recipe which is the brie. Cut the brie horizontally in half just like we do in the video and place it in the middle of a puff pastry. Cut it in such a way that it resembles a shell, then cut it into little stripes and start folding on top of the brie cheese from the smaller part to the largest part. Place it in the middle of your plate, then cook with the rest of the delicious little pizza calzones you just made and enjoy by dipping your pizzas in the tasty melted cheese.
