On a cold Day: This is How to insulate a cold spot in your attic from below because the attic is inaccessible due to remote deep corners in the attic.
I recommend Loctite brand spray foam instead of Great Stuff because the Loctite foam remains flexible and a white color and never yellows.
NOTE: If you don't have access to an infrared camera you can also see cold spots with a $25 infrared thermal gun from the home improvement store and tape off your marked area. It's just a little more time consuming.
NOTE : After many years, Attic spots that are not insulated will begin to discolor in your living space ceiling due to moisture collecting from the steam of showers and cooking, etc which create humidity. Humidity is attracted to cold surfaces ( like a cold bottle of Coke).
