These are one canning goods to have on you pantry shelves. I must always have these sitting on my pantry shelves at all times. Especially if you love Asian cuisine as much as I do.
I am bring you along with me as I show you how to re-can those #10 cans of LA Choy CHOP SUEY VEGETABLES. Now when I am canning these up I always add extra vegetables to the #10 can.
I add more peppers (red, yellow& orange), onions, celery, carrots, watercestnuts and baby ears of corn to all of the vegetables that are inside of that #10 cans.
That is just how I prefer to have Chop Suey vegetables. I can make so many Asian dishes with this. You can open up a jar of these and beef, chicken or pork. You can turn these into a sweet and sour Asian dish or add teriyaki to this simple canned up goodies.
Talk about quick simple suppers this simple jar comes to the rescue indeed. In other words it's a modern day TV Dinner.
