A rudder pin bearing needs replacement after normal friction wear and tear. A simple Wencon method means casting to-fit a new bronze bearing into the existing bearing house using Wencon Cream.
Both time and money saved compared to repairing the internal diameter of the housing with a portable lathe machine and then manufacture an oversize bronze bearing to fit.
