Sandpaper letters are a Language apparatus in the Montessori class. This apparatus is particularly for learning the symbols of alphabets and tracing them. Along with it, the child also learns its sounds and related things. It involves Visual, auditory as well as pincer skill development at the same time, along with vocabulary.
