In this webcast, we provided an overview of the Short Call Vertical strategy. We discussed when and why a trader might consider using this strategy. We reviewed some of the benefits and the risks along with when a trader might consider exiting this type of trade.
You’ve learned that you can buy and sell options for different purposes. In this second of four vertical options strategies episodes, you’ll learn how to combine option selling and buying strategies to create different, risk-defined strategies, that offer a variety of potential risks, rewards, and probabilities of success. Short call vertical spreads are a bearish to neutral options strategy used to potentially generate income or growth in investment portfolios.
